Most financial software asks for your trust.
We built ours so you never have to give it.

Your data never leaves your device. Your PIN is never stored. Your purchase is permanent. PathPlanner and Sanctum are built on a single conviction: that software handling sensitive financial decisions should be rigorous, private, and owned — not rented, not surveilled, not dependent on a company staying in business. That conviction also shapes everything we are building toward at institutional scale.

The products

Two tools. One conviction.

Why it's different

Built on decisions most companies won't make.

You own it. Permanently.

PathPlanner and Sanctum are one-time purchases. No renewal. No price increases. No cancellation. Software that handles your financial life should not require an ongoing relationship with the company that made it. You buy it once. It's yours.

Your data never leaves your device.

Both products compute entirely on-device. Your transactions, debts, and budgets are encrypted on your device and never transmitted — not because we haven't built a backend, but because we decided not to. A breach of Pathway Tech infrastructure cannot expose your financial data. We don't have it.

Accountability is structural, not optional.

Sanctum's Monthly Close cannot be skipped. PathPlanner's Smart Hybrid strategy cannot be gamed with loose estimates. These are not UX choices — they are deliberate constraints. The research on financial behavior change is clear: systems that require accountability outperform systems that encourage it.

Strategy connects to execution.

PathPlanner exports your debt payoff plan as a .pathplan file. Sanctum reads it natively and turns it into a live monthly budget target. Your strategy and your spending tracker stay in sync — without a server, without an account, without anything leaving your device.

No PIN recovery. By design.

Sanctum's PIN is never stored — not on your device, not on our servers. If you forget it, there is no recovery path. This is intentional. It means Pathway Tech cannot be compelled to unlock your vault. It means no server compromise can expose your financial life. The tradeoff is explicit: you keep encrypted backups. We keep nothing.

Explicit commitments. No vague promises.

Both products receive security updates through December 2028. After that, the software continues to function on the version you purchased — you are never forced to upgrade or pay again. We state this in writing, in the legal vault, because we believe companies should make bounded commitments rather than open-ended marketing language.

Where we are

Vision. Current reality. The bridge between them.

We believe in being honest about what we are today and what we're working toward. Here's exactly where Pathway Tech stands.

01 · Vision

Institutional financial resilience infrastructure

Risk modeling and resilience systems for credit unions, CDFIs, and public sector organizations. Privacy-preserving, behaviorally-informed, and designed to improve household financial stability at scale. This is the long-term direction — not a current service offering.

02 · Current Reality

PathPlanner and Sanctum — available now

Two working products, available today. PathPlanner handles debt elimination. Sanctum handles spending accountability. Both embody the same design principles — local-first, privacy-preserving, structurally rigorous — that underpin our institutional direction.

03 · The Bridge

Shared architecture, proven in practice

The design decisions proven in PathPlanner and Sanctum — local-first computation, structural accountability, secure interoperability — are the same principles underlying the institutional platform. What works at the individual level is being built to work at the institutional level.

Institutional partners and research collaborators: our full technical narrative, deployment roadmap, and pilot program details are available through Graham Capital Holdings.

How it works

From debt list to debt-free — four steps.

PathPlanner builds the strategy. Sanctum executes it month by month. Everything happens on your device.

1
Add your debts
Name, balance, interest rate, minimum payment. PathPlanner calculates your debt-free date instantly. No account needed.
2
Choose your strategy
Avalanche, Snowball, or the Smart Hybrid slider. See the exact interest and time saved for each choice in real time.
3
Export to Sanctum
One tap. Your monthly debt target becomes a live budget line in Sanctum. Strategy and execution are synchronized.
4
Close every month
Sanctum's Monthly Close reviews income, spending, and debt adherence. Your accountability trail builds. Your net worth rises.

The company

Built by people who believe
private software matters.

Pathway Tech is a subsidiary of Graham Capital Holdings. We build financial software on the conviction that the tools handling your most sensitive data should be local-first, privately owned, and structurally rigorous — not subscription-gated, cloud-dependent, or monetized through access to your financial behavior. PathPlanner and Sanctum are the first products. The institutional platform is next.

Common questions

Straight answers.

You pay once and own that version of the software permanently. No annual renewal. No price increase. No cancellation required. PathPlanner and Sanctum receive security updates through December 2028 using commercially reasonable efforts — after that, you continue to use the software you own. You are never forced to upgrade or pay again.
Both apps store data locally in your browser. If you clear your browser storage, data is removed from that device. This is why both apps prompt you to create encrypted backup files. Your backup file can be imported on any device to restore your data. Your licence key is delivered by email after purchase and can be re-entered at any time to reactivate the software.
No. Your financial data is encrypted on your device using a key derived from your PIN. Pathway Tech does not operate servers that receive or store your transactions, debts, or budgets. The only contact your app makes with Pathway Tech is when you enter a licence key — only the key is verified, no financial data is transmitted.
Both apps work independently. PathPlanner is for debt payoff strategy and works without Sanctum. Sanctum is for spending tracking and budgeting — it works fully without a PathPlanner plan, though the plan import unlocks the tightest ecosystem experience. The bundle is the most complete demonstration of the full design loop, but either product stands alone.
The Monthly Close is a structured review Sanctum presents on the 1st–5th of each month. It shows your income, expenses, net, budget adherence, and debt payment vs plan. You must acknowledge it before accessing the dashboard. It cannot be skipped or dismissed. This is intentional: behavioral accountability built into structure — not as an optional feature — is a core design principle of Sanctum and the broader Pathway Tech architecture.
Your PIN cannot be recovered — it is never stored anywhere. This is a feature, not a limitation: it means Pathway Tech cannot be compelled to unlock your vault, and no server breach can expose your data. The correct path is to create regular encrypted backup files from Sanctum's Settings page. A backup can be restored with a new PIN on any device.
Yes. If a core feature of the software fails to work as described on this site, you may request a refund within 5 days of purchase by contacting support@pathwaytech.co. Eligibility is based on material non-conformity — the issue must be reproducible and verifiable. Both apps also offer a free trial so you can confirm functionality before purchasing. Full terms at /legal.
Your finances. Your device. Your call.

Own the software.
Own the outcome.

PathPlanner and Sanctum are available now. One-time purchase. No subscription. No cloud. No company watching your transactions. If you're ready to take your finances seriously — this is the software built for that.
